Daniel Cervan-Gil
Daniel Cervan-Gil is Associate Director of Employer Initiatives at World Education Services (WES). In this role, Daniel leads WES’s work with employers, employer-facing organizations, municipal and regional actors to create and socialize solutions, strategies and new tools related to the recruitment, retention, and reskilling of immigrants and refugees. For over 15 years, Daniel has held various roles in international organizations, including the United Nations, forging strategic partnerships, and building coalitions, not only within Canada but internationally. With Metropolis International, Daniel led the development or executive training sessions on the Management of Migration Programs. He has extensively worked on migration and integration, engaging with civil society, government stakeholders, and businesses in exploring the competitive advantage of diverse workforces and in projects aimed at countering misinformation and online hate speech.
